Our chapter of the American Meteorological Society started back in 2004. Ever since then it has been our mission to expand on our goals and aspirations for the club by continually building off our achievements. Our primary goal is to enhance your collegiate experience at COD by offering additional knowledge and opportunities in the field of Meteorology. If you plan on following meteorology at the College of DuPage or if you are just interested in weather, then we encourage you to join our Student Chapter of the American Meteorological Society. We hold several meetings throughout the school year that frequently include presentations from professionals within the field. We also organize various activities including social events, field trips, and ways to benefit the the community such as giving presentations at locals schools.
If you would like to join our club please review our Constitution and By-Laws, download an application, print it out and complete it. Then either bring it to our next meeting (see our Newsletter for meeting information) along with $15.00 for annual club dues, or mail the money and application to the following address.
